Shipping + Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on anything that’s unworn and unwashed. Underwear must be in its original packaging. If you are returning underwear that you've tried on and it's your first pair from us, you are eligible for our Purpose-Protection Guarantee.

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive in 3-7 business days.
